Our curriculum taught by the best instructors in the St. Croix River Valley combines the best technical aspects of MMA for the beginner. In a safe and fun environment, students of any skill or fitness level will benefit from this class. Increase your cardio, self-defense skills, strength and overall fitness at a pace that is comfortable for you!
Open to any MCFM member or by punchcard basis.
Classes are Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm
